The Data Center is your organisation’s central administrative hub for managing product deployments, licensing, and user access. As the primary organisation administrator, you are responsible for setting up the initial environment and granting access to your operational teams.

This guide walks you through your first-time login steps, team provisioning, and license management. Following these steps ensures your team can seamlessly access the Service Center and log tickets without operational delays.

Your step-by-step onboarding checklist

Step 1: locate your Hybrid Software welcome email

On your organisation's launch day, a system-generated welcome email will be forwarded to your inbox. This email contains the secure token link required for your first-time access.

  • Action item: check your inbox for the welcome message.

Missing your email? if you have not received this email by your scheduled launch morning, please contact your local sales representative immediately so they can verify your account routing.

Step 2: log in and secure your administrator account

Once you have located your welcome email, you can access your organisation's administrative hub, the Data Center.

  • Action item: open the guide on Access Data Center for a complete login walkthrough. Use the unique details provided in your welcome email to configure your portal:

    • Username: your unique organisation username is your company code, which is explicitly written in your welcome email.

    • Password setup: click the "Set My Password" button inside the welcome email to establish your permanent Data Center password and enter the portal.

Forgot your password or link expired? if you forget your password in the future, or if your initial setup link expires before you can use it; navigate to the Data Center login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your company code to instantly receive a new reset link. For a detailed breakdown of this recovery process, consult our guide on Resetting your Data Center password.

Step 3: onboard your team and grant Service Center access

Your colleagues will not be able to submit service requests until you manually add them to the system.

  • Action item: once logged into the Data Center, use the main navigation bar to input your team members' details and enable their Service Center access.

Step-by-step guide: follow our dedicated tutorial to configure your team - Creating organisation contacts and provisioning Service Center access.

Step 4: have your team activate their Service Center accounts

The moment you add your team members and assign Service Center access, the system will automatically email them an individual activation link for our ticketing portal.

  • Action item: notify your team to look out for this system email so they can set up their personal support profiles.

Step-by-step guide: follow our dedicated tutorial to configure your service account - Activating your Service Center account.

Deploying software & licenses (Data Center administrators only)

Because downloading product installers and managing keys is a Data Center administrator-only privilege, you will handle these deployments directly from the top navigation bar of the Data Center using these standalone guides:

Download my products: learn how to use filters, view legacy versions, and generate free PACKZVIEW keys via My Products.
Manage my licenses: review how to check license states or export asset list via My Licenses.
