The Data Center is your organisation’s central administrative hub for managing software deployments, licensing, and user access. To download product installers, manage license keys, or provision Service Center access for your team, you must first log into this secure portal.

This guide details the official login URL, required credential formats, and credential recovery options.

Step-by-step login instructions

Step 1: navigate to the portal URL

Open your web browser and navigate to the official Hybrid Software centralised login gateway:

Step 2: enter your organisation credentials

On the login interface, you will be prompted to enter your unique administrative credentials. Please note that these are your organisation-wide credentials, not an individual user account.

  • 👤 Username: this is your unique Company Code. Your specific code is explicitly provided in your initial Hybrid Software welcome email.

  • 🔑 Password: enter your permanent, registered organisation Data Center password (established during your initial onboarding setup).

Click "Login" to access your dashboard.

Troubleshooting & Account recovery

Forgot your password or link expired? If you cannot remember your password, or if your first-time registration token has expired, you can easily trigger a secure reset from the login screen.
