Access Service Center
A step-by-step guide how to get access to the Service Center to submit and track service requests.
In the Service Center platform you can consult knowledge bases, submit and track service requests. To get access to the Service Center, follow the steps below. This process ensures the user is added correctly and receives their welcome message to set up access.
Go to Data Center “My Settings”
Your Hybrid Software Data Center administrator should define each Service Center user in Data Center.
Log in to Data Center.
If your company don’t has access to Data Center, please contact your Hybrid Software sales representative.
Navigate to the “My Settings” tab.
Give contact Service Center access
In the “Company Contacts” section, you can add a new or edit an existing contact to give Service Center access.
Add new contact
At the top right of the Company Contacts section, click on the “Add contact” plus icon.
Enter the required contact fields:
Field | Description |
---|---|
First Name | The first name of the contact. |
Last Name | The last name of the contact. |
Email Address | The email address of the contact. |
Contact Type | The contact type (Technical, Commercial, IT or Manager). |
Enable “Service Center”.
Optional; if your company is part of a group, select the sites where the contact should be able to submit a service request.
Click “Save” - a Service Center account is now created.
Edit existing contact
Next to the contact, click on the “Edit contact” pencil icon.
Enable “Service Center”.
Optional; if your company is part of a group, select the sites where the contact should be able to submit a service request.
Click “Save” - a Service Center account is now created.
You can edit a specific contact field for multiple contacts as a batch using the 'Edit batch” pencil icon, available in required column.
If you update the contact email address in Data Center, a new user Service Center account will be created. Hybrid Software will be notified automatically and the user get access to service ticket history as soon as possible.
Contact receives Service Center welcome email
Once Service Center rights are granted in Data Center:
The user will automatically receive a Service Center welcome email.
The email includes a link to set the Service Center password and complete account activation.
The welcome message may land in the Spam or Junk folder, especially on first-time setup. Advise the user to check it if they don’t receive it shortly.
Contact can access Service Center platform
After completing setup, the Service Center user can:
Log in at Service Center.
Consult knowledge bases.
Submit requests in the required product service portal.
Track requests in Service Center.
The user can only see the product service portals and request types made available by Hybrid Software.
