If you have forgotten your password or are locked out of your individual Service Center profile, you can easily trigger a secure password reset to regain access.
As a reminder, your profile must already be registered as an active company contact by your organisation’s Data Center administrator for the recovery system to recognise your account.
Step-by-step password recovery
Please follow these five quick steps to reset your Service Center credentials:
Step 1: access the portal login
Open your web browser and navigate directly to the main Service Center landing page.
Step 2: enter your registered email
In the login form field, enter your official corporate email address (this must match the exact email address your administrator registered for you in the Data Center) and click Next.
Your organisation Data Center username is always your official Company Code.
Step 3: trigger the reset link
On the password entry screen, look near the bottom of the form and click the "Reset password" link.
Step 4: check your inbox
Our system will immediately dispatch a secure configuration link directly to your corporate inbox.

The action: click the recovery link inside the email to be securely redirected back to our credential configuration form.
If the email does not appear within a few minutes, please ensure you check your organisation Spam or Junk folders, as automated notification emails can sometimes be misrouted by security filters.
Step 5: establish your new password

Enter a password of your choice.
Be sure to choose a strong, unique password that meets all security compliance requirements displayed on the page.

Save your changes. You will be automatically redirected right back into the Service Center portal.
Troubleshooting & Support

Email unrecognised: if the system states that your email address is not recognised, your profile may not be fully provisioned yet. Please contact your organisation's designated Data Center administrator to verify that your email is listed under their company contacts and that Service Center access is enabled.
