Activating your Service Center account

Got your invitation email? Follow this step-by-step guide to securely initialise your individual profile, set up your password, and access all our service desks to collaborate with technical teams and log tickets.

To guide individual users through the unique process of initialising and logging into their Service Center account for the first time.

Welcome to the Service Center! Your organisation Data Center administrator has officially enabled your profile, granting you full access to our centralised service desks to submit and track technical requests.

While our internal portal infrastructure has been upgraded to serve you better, please rest assured that your local support teams remain completely unchanged. You will continue to receive the same expert assistance from the Hybrid Software technical teams you already know and trust.


Step-by-step account activation

Please follow these three steps to securely initialise your individual profile and access your new dashboard:

Step 1: locate your Service Center invitation

Once your administrator toggles on your access in the Data Center, an automated email will be delivered to your corporate inbox.

  • Subject line: Welcome to Service Center

  • The main action: look for the "Activate account" button.

Step 2: set your password and profile name

Because your corporate contact profile was securely created on your behalf by your administrator, you do not need to register a new account. Instead, you will initialise your account profile through our secure system setup:

  1. Click the Activate account button inside your invitation email.

  2. You will be redirected to the secure login form. Enter your corporate email address and click Next.

  3. On the password entry screen, click the "Create password" button. This will securely redirect you to the password creation page.

  4. Follow the prompts to receive a secure configuration link in your email, click it, and establish a strong, private password for your individual profile.

  5. Complete your profile: immediately after saving your new password, Service Center will prompt you to enter your full name.

Please ensure you enter the exact same full name that your organisation Data Center administrator registered for you inside the Data Center to maintain consistent user mapping across our ecosystem.

Step 3: access the Service Center

Now that your unique password and profile name are set, you can securely log in to the portal at any time.

  1. Navigate to the Service Center portal.

  2. Log in using your corporate email address and the password you just established.

  3. Explore your new dashboard: from here, you can immediately search our public knowledge bases for quick self-service answers, submit new service requests, and track the live status of existing tickets.
