Track and manage your organisation’s product keys. Learn how to interpret the multi-state license status indicators, filter and export your license data to Excel, and deploy CLOUDFLOW JSON configurations.
The “My Licenses” page serves as your organisation's centralised digital asset directory within the Data Center. It provides an immediate overview of all your product keys and their current deployment health.
To access your license repository, log in to the Data Center and click on My Licenses located in the main navigation bar.
Navigating the product key table
The main dashboard provides a quick-glance counter showing the total amount of license keys assigned to your organisation. All corporate entitlements are displayed directly below this counter in a comprehensive table featuring the following tracking metrics:
|
Column field |
Description |
|---|---|
|
Key |
The unique alphanumeric product key code string. |
|
Product |
The specific software product or module assigned to the key. |
|
Status |
The real-time functional state of your activation (Active, Inactive, or Expired). |
|
Creation Date |
The day the product key was generated. |
|
Expiry Date |
The expiration parameter of the license. This will display either as "Permanent" or as a fixed calendar date. |
|
Maintenance Date |
The end date of your active software maintenance agreement for that product key. |
|
User |
The specific name of the physical or virtual machine where the license is deployed (this value is hardcoded directly from the machine's identity). |
How to filter and exporting product keys
Filter the list
If you need to find a specific key, machine name, or product line, use the filter search bar located at the top left of the table to narrow down the table rows instantly.
Export to Excel
For internal auditing or offline inventory tracking, you can download your entire license list into an Excel spreadsheet by clicking the export Excel action button next to the filter search bar.
Understanding license status indicators
To help you monitor activation health at a glance, the Status column uses descriptive text and visual color cues to represent the operational state of your product keys.
The Expired status applies exclusively to CLOUDFLOW product modules and does not include a colored indicator dot.

The license is not activated and is not synchronised with any local workstation or license server. |
|

Special CLOUDFLOW activation rules
If you are deploying a CLOUDFLOW system, your activation process behaves differently than standard desktop product keys. Each individual CLOUDFLOW license key is highly flexible and can be activated simultaneously across multiple servers using one of two methods on the product's license setup page:
-
Option 1 (authentication flow): natively activate the software online by entering your official company code (acting as the username) paired with your serial number (acting as the password).
-
Option 2 (JSON file flow): alternatively, you can download your complete license profile as a centralised
.jsonconfiguration file directly from the Data Center interface. To activate, navigate to the license setup page within the CLOUDFLOW user interface and simply upload this downloaded JSON file.
