If you have forgotten your organisation Data Center credentials or find yourself locked out, you can easily trigger a secure password reset to regain access.
Because the Data Center account manages your organisation's entire product download and licensing footprint, password recovery links are routed specifically to your organisation's designated primary administrative inbox.
Step-by-step password recovery
Please follow these five quick steps to reset your organisation credentials:
Step 1: open the portal
Open your web browser and navigate directly to the Data Center login page.
Step 2: request a reset link
On the login screen, look right below the password field and click the "Forgot your password?" link.
Step 3: enter your company code
In the credential recovery form, enter your unique username.
Your organisation Data Center username is always your official Company Code.
Step 4: check the administrative inbox
Our system will immediately dispatch a secure password recovery message.

The action: access your primary administrative email inbox and look for a message containing a "Set password" link.
If the message does not appear within a few minutes, please ensure you check your organisation's Spam or Junk folders, as aggressive corporate filters can occasionally misroute automated system emails.
Step 5: establish new credentials

Click the Set password link inside the email.

You will be securely redirected back to the Data Center, where you will be prompted to establish a new password.
Be sure to choose a strong, unique password that meets all security compliance requirements displayed on the page.

Save your changes and immediately log in using your updated credentials.
Troubleshooting & Support

Unrecognised company code: if the recovery system does not recognise your username, or if you are unsure of your exact company code, do not hesitate to contact your regional sales representative for rapid identity validation.

Departed administrator / Inactive inbox: if your former Data Center administrator has left your organisation and the automated reset links are routing to an inactive or non-working email address, you must submit an official service request through the Hybrid Platforms Service Desk. Our identity team will verify your organisation's credentials and securely update the organisation admin routing to your new designated internal contact.
