Resetting your Data Center password

If you have forgotten your Data Center password, don’t worry - it’s easy to reset it and regain access. Just follow the steps below.

How to reset your password

Go to the Data Center welcome page - open your browser and navigate to the Data Center login page.
Click "Forgot your password?" - on the login screen, click the “Forgot your password?” link located below the password field.
Enter your username (company code) - in the recovery form, enter your username, which is your company code.
Check your email - you will receive an email with a “Set password” link. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

The Data Center administrator will receive the email.

Set a new password - click the link in the email. You will be redirected to the Data Center welcome page, where you can set a new password of your choice.
Log in with your new credentials - once your new password is confirmed, log in with your updated credentials.

Be sure to set a strong password that meets any security requirements shown on the page.
