The “My Products” page is your central corporate repository inside the Data Center. It provides direct access to all product installers for which your organisation holds an active, valid license.
To access your product repository, log in to the Data Center and click on My Products located in the main navigation bar.

|

How to find and filter installers
Filter the list
If you are looking for a specific product or version, use the "Filter" search box located at the top left of the table. Simply type the product name or version number to narrow down the list instantly.
Reveal older product versions
To keep your dashboard clean and relevant, the portal hides older releases by default.
If you need to access a historical or legacy build, click the "Show All Versions" button located at the top right of the table to reveal the complete installer history.
Requesting PACKZVIEW product keys
PACKZVIEW is a free, downloadable app to preview and inspect production PDF files based on the powerful PACKZ technology. While the installer is free to download, it requires a product key to activate. You can manage this directly within your Data Center “My Products” dashboard.
-
Locate PACKZVIEW within your product table.
-
Click the "Request Product Key" button sitting next to the product name.
-
The system will instantly generate a new PACKZVIEW product key, which will be displayed directly inside your Data Center interface.
Important license limits: every organisation is allowed to generate a maximum of 5 default license keys automatically. If your team expands and you require more than 5 keys, please contact your local sales representative and provide a brief description of your business use case.
